We allow the solution to dwell for a specific time to maximize effectiveness — all without damaging your landscaping or contaminating groundwater.

Once the contaminants have been loosened, we begin the soft wash process. Unlike high-pressure power washing — which can damage siding, paint, and caulking — soft washing uses:

• Low-pressure water streams (similar to garden hose pressure)

• Our pre-mixed cleaning solution
